Our Concierge-Style Veterinary Practice is Built Around Our Clients’ Needs
Your cat or dog is a cherished part of your family, and you want to provide them with top-notch veterinary care. During your pet’s vet visit, you’d like them to feel more comfortable and relaxed. And from a pet owner’s perspective, we know you’d like to feel valued and appreciated and not shuffled through an appointment assembly line.
Our Motto and Core Values
Our Curem Veterinary Care concierge-style veterinary practice easily meets both needs. First, our motto “We are here to help the community and their pets” infuses everything we do. Our core values guide us as we remain focused on doing the right thing for the patient, the client, and the team.
We always advocate for your pet, using data and technology while maintaining a calm, positive outlook that focuses on solutions. And because we value transparency, we use glass-fronted kennel banks and exam-to-treatment area doors. In other words, we invite our clients to watch our team’s interactions with their pets.
How Our Concierge-Style Practice Works
At our concierge-style veterinary practice, we cater to our busy clients’ needs. We include availability outside traditional general practice hours, and we provide urgent care and walk-in care services in addition to wellness care. We also offer a streamlined check-in process that minimizes your time in the waiting room. And in our treatment area kennels, we offer special touches designed to keep your pets as calm and comfortable as possible.
